قبل أن تراسلناBefore you message us
- راجع توثيق الثيم — أغلب الأسئلة حول الأقسام والإعدادات مشروحة هناك.
- تأكّد أن المكوّن المطلوب مُضاف فعلاً إلى الصفحة الرئيسية من محرّر الثيم، وأن حقوله مملوءة.
- جرّب الصفحة على متصفّح آخر أو بعد تحديث الصفحة، للتأكد من أن المشكلة ليست في التخزين المؤقت.
- عند المراسلة أرفق: رابط متجرك، اسم الثيم وإصداره، الصفحة أو المكوّن، لقطة شاشة، ونوع الجهاز والمتصفح.
- Check the theme documentation — most questions about sections and settings are answered there.
- Confirm the component is actually added to the homepage in the theme editor and that its fields are filled in.
- Try the page in another browser or after a refresh, to rule out caching.
- When you write in, include: your store URL, the theme name and version, the page or component, a screenshot, and your device and browser.

إعدادات المتجر العامة على سلة (المنتجات، الشحن، الدفع، الضرائب) تتبع دعم منصة سلة نفسها عبر مركز مساعدة سلة. كما أن التعديلات البرمجية الخاصة خارج خيارات الثيم تُعامل كطلب تطوير منفصل.
General Salla store settings (products, shipping, payments, taxes) are handled by Salla’s own support through the Salla Help Center. Custom code changes beyond the theme’s options are treated as a separate development request.

Your store name and URL, the theme name and version, the page or component where the problem appears, a screenshot of the issue, and the device and browser you are using.
هل تصل تحديثات الثيم تلقائياً؟Do theme updates arrive automatically?
تصدر التحديثات عبر متجر ثيمات سلة، وتظهر لك في لوحة تحكم متجرك عند توفّرها. إعداداتك ومكوّناتك محفوظة ولا تتأثر بالتحديث.
Updates are released through the Salla Theme Store and appear in your dashboard when available. Your settings and components are preserved and are not affected by an update.
